This is specifically to feed the border shutdown at Windsor/Detroit. Garys Catering is a large catering company in the area with close to 100 food trucks. The Windsor Detroit shutdown seems as if its grown organically and is separated somewhat from the Ottawa Convoy and similar to the one in Coutts.
Personally I have donated to both. I live in the area and am acting locally. I am going down there today with my Canadian wife to support our Patriots from both Nations.

The woman who began this fund was at the TCF Center on November 3rd and an affiant to the fraud. She is a precinct captain and was in DC for 1/6.
