It starts out small, but the desperation grows as the resistance to it grows. More resistance fosters more desperate acts of tyranny. With these increasing abusive measures, it accelerates until there is a loss of control. The wreckage from this is always very devastating. The people are targeted and are victimized in mass.
This Canadian PM is fearful and desperate. I don't believe the opposing political parties, or the justice system, in Canada is at the point of consensus to remove Trudeau and end his reign of abuse. Unfortunately, there's bound to be more and harsher tyranny to come before things get better.
The Conservative Party stands to benefit from the rhetoric of opposing Trudeau's Emergency Act declaration. However, they are not a friend of the Canadian people. They have repeatedly betrayed them and were among the leaders advocating lock-downs in Canada. In other words, they are just another version of the same coin.
