I would say take a break too but there is so much happening right now it is hard to look away. Putin denazifying Ukraine is a big eye opener. Maybe if you cut back to just 12 or so hours at a time you will not be losing it as much. I am only 2 years in and would describe myself as frazzled but knowing what I have learned, would distance myself from that phrase now. I hope you find peace and happiness real soon. I think this movie is nearing the end and disclosures and arrests will be public soon.
