I question that.

It's not unreasonable to question and research scripture and call for guidance from the Holy Spirit in the act.

I regularly use the BibleGateway's translation mechanics to research the original ancient Greek and Aramaic language of the New Testament to gain a deeper education about the historic context of scripture. It's very rewarding.

Even when God spoke to the Apostles through the Holy Spirit, they often questioned who was truly speaking / was it God or a demon?

And I know scripture is full of human errors in it's initial transcript, collation, translation and interpretation. Even the KJV is full of translation mistakes (a.k.a. human errors), the most notable being that Jesus is the King of the Jews rather than the King of the People of Jerusalem. Big difference!!!

I appreciate how comforting and lazy it is to quote scripture out of context in attempts to win debates or pissing contests, but I'm only seeking Truth.
