It's the chess game theory. One opponent knows he is winning. The other opponent knows he is losing but keeps playing as hard as ever hoping the other opponent screws something up. Judging from all the wins I've seen this past year we are not screwing up. Our numbers, power, strength, resolve and faith has been growing on every day. People are waking up out there. Some seem ok with it, others are getting angrier and angrier because they know they were wrong about so many things and do not want to admit it.
