#77-If true, which as a health professional I suspected all along since some batches are more injurious or lethal, I would suspect this would be grounds to negate immunity for Big Pharma. You can not have the FDA approve EUA forever one product, but distribute and administer another. That is FRAUDULENT. I am not an attorney, but that is my educated opinion.
