The Russians have yet to divulge the full details of the documentation of what was going on in the biolabs in the Ukraine. They hit the biolabs and nuclear power facilities with specops units before the movement of large military units cross border began. Normally, in operations like this, the facilities would have been under constant monitoring and surveillance long before they moved to capture them.

So far the Russians, and in particular the Russian Ambassador at the U.N., have been using the Trump tactic of making statements and claims, but not providing all the data (evidence) they have, and this has forced many world leaders and their representatives at the U.N. to make sweeping categorical denials of bioweapons research at the labs and claim Russia is using propaganda techniques to deflect world attention from their "invasion" of the Ukraine.
If Dr. Ardis' claims are true... a world wide clandestine source of the venom (natural or synthetic) must exist. The biolabs seem to be a "glove that fits".
Let this pot simmer for now and let's watch as the heat is slowly increased and wait and see if we get that Perry Mason moment...
