Citric acid diluted in water is a GREAT natural cleanser. It kills most bacteria, germs, and fungi! You just have to remember to store it in a non-metallic container. Y'know, chemical reaction sciencey stuff.

A lighter cleaner is apple mint leaves dissolved in white vinegar and then you strain the leaves from the vinegar and pour into your spray bottle of choice!

Soap nut is also a good dish washing replacement as it suds up great! I personally don't mind using Dawn still but I know soapnut is good for glasswear. I have also seen people use used cooking oil (I'm sure it doesn't have to be used but its a zero waste type thing) to make their own soap that appears to suds up very well for bathroom surfaces.
