I use this as my single filter to navigate through all the "inbound" stimulas coming at me. One early, quick... yet potent assesment. Was the intention to cause me to feel fear? Or not?

It is the nexus from where you give direction to your entire biology, chemistry, DNA and electromagnetic field of energies. Spoiler alert... fear is devistating to the human body.

We live in a pure dichotomy by design. There is no up without down. Left can't exist without right, hot and cold, tall and short. The dichotomy makes everything relative. Free will is all about using it wisely to choose.

When anyone opt's-in to a fear... they deteriorate their immune system, shifts their chemical make-up at their cellular level, charges their electromagnetic field with negative charges with the wattage of the fear's potency. Their two strands of DNA tighten up like ringing out a dishrag. So in real terms, they are self-inflicting themselves with harm. It is indeed a clever trick being played upon us all. Imagine folks that have felt fear their entire life?

That's why I use this one filter as I encounter the world. It doesn't minimizes the severity of the subject matter... it optimizes my reaction to it. Better use of my free will to choose what is good for me... and go from there. One aspect of all human beings that can't be taken away. Free will.
