A lot of history in that one deleted scene. Particularly the lost history of the enmity that grew between the Jewish and the Italian Mafia. Theory is that eventually Hoover fell under the control of the Jewish Mafia and, like Whitey Bulger ratting out the opposition in Boston... the Jewish Mafia would finger the Italian Mafia leaders for the FBI (Al Capone for example) because they were impediments to the syndication of organized crime in America, the roots of which are going to be pulled out as the voter trafficking and voter fraud rings are exposed and the way open for prosecution without the protection of compromised by association government officials (witting or unwitting, knowingly or unknowingly). A lot of the inside DoJ, FBI, DoD, CIA, Congress, Executive, and Judicial protection has been ejected from control and command positions in government or if still in place neutralized. You can see it everyday in the dysfunctionality of the current gelded administration.
