Disagree. God is God. God's nature does not change because the description of God or perception of God by humans changes.

God is a fundamentally masculine being. God is a creative, initiating being, standing as a subject. God created the universe as his responding, receptive object.

This aspect of God is understood and expressed via Yang-yin philosophy of Far Eastern Thought. (eg. Confucianism, Taoism). In these thought systems, Yang = creative, initiating energy Yin = receptive, responding nature.

Nonetheless, although God is fundamentally masculine (Yang), God has both Yang (masculine) and yin (feminine) nature. (As expressed by the concept of Tai-ji 太極 , or the Great Ultimate - ). Thus, because God has both masculine and feminine nature, harmonized, this is expressed directly in a universe where life primarily reproduces through the relationship of male and female.

However, here's the clincher, that shows that God is fundamentally masculine, and not simply asexual: The MALE human being (human beings being the highest creation and most direct expression of God's nature) has both the male chromosome (Y) and the female chromosome (X), while the FEMALE only have the one type, the female chromosome (XX).

Thus, to be male is in fact to have both the potential to create both male and female offspring. Men generate both male and female sperm, while women only have female eggs (ovum). The male is the carrier of the dual potential of the child for being either male or female.

This is one important evidence showing that God is in fact a male or masculine being, and this is why He is the Father. The Father is the origin of both fathers and mothers.
