Guess it's time to repost this again...
Judges confirmed this take on things so I'm inclined to believe it.
also: when the Judges are gone it usually means they are too busy to communicate through their GAB and when that happens something big usually drops/happens within 24 hours of their return, they have now been incommunicado since April13 and I believe that this is the longest they have ever been away...
