Hello Q-Ape... essentially you would want to vote "FOR" all items... assuming you want the MOASS to happen. If you'd prefer HJ's behind the 7-11, you could vote against everything.

The items below? "FOR" - Why? Establishes incentive (dividend), Deloitte accounting contract, and most importantly the increase of shares available to initiate the stock split.

Why does the stock split matter? Well, two reasons:

• When any stock splits, all outstanding options/calls/puts/shorts/etc. need to be liquidated - it essentially forces all of the hedge funds to settle their balance, and should* expose tons of synthetics, triggering the MOASS

• If for some reason this doesn't immediately trigger MOASS and the hedgies play kick the can post-split (though I don't know how they could), the share prices are reduced significantly in tandem with the split while your aggregate value remains the same (7x your shares = 7x less per share, same cost basis), allowing a major anti-FOMO sale to occur, making the pressure on the corrupt Wall St. cronies/hedgies significantly worse.
