I think Roe v. Wade legitimately is a distraction. My understanding is that a court opinion has to be issued in relation to a specific case, and a "draft" opinion doesn't sounds like it would carry much weight. I tried to find out how much weight it actually carries and had trouble doing so. The memo also has not been published. All the news is talking about is all these irrelevant abortion protests but as you say there is a lot of other stuff going on, so it kind of seems like a distraction. I could be wrong though. Definitely would be major of it got overturned.
