I'd say yes and no. It depends on what aspect of Twitter we're talking about. I'll get into that in a moment.

High tech relentlessly uses foreign, offshore, labor - because it's cheap, and because foreign-born managers used by the companies hire from their tribe; Indian, Chinese, and Israeli in the main.

Twitter undoubtedly uses a lot of Indian labor working remotely. Some as mods, some as commenters, some riding herd on bot farms. Twitter does use a lot of gays and lesbians living right in San Francisco though too. A local newspaper had an article about the late night tranny parties held at the Twitter building.

We might divide the employees into two or three groups:

  1. management
  2. key technical staff and cloud jockeys
  3. low-level moderator type grunts, offshore and managed by onshore politically correct middle managers.

Some level of the organization handles the use of bots, and yes, it is very likely that a lot of the 'users' aren't human. I am aware of AI technology such as GPT-3-based chatbots that writes text driven by pre-written materials. It is certain that Twitter uses that. I interviewed for technical roles in such activity and know how common it is now in social media. I can say that a high percentage of so-called users are fake, but it may not be as low as 5% real.

The DNC has efforts going to saturate social media with bots, but you all know about that. Reddit, Twitter, definitely Facebook all have heavy bot loads. Unfortunately, Great Awakening appears to use some mod autobots and not for good purposes, and you know, lots of bots make comments here. I expect this comment of mine to be censored for bringing this up.
