Text on an image with no source should always raise red flags. Newspaper clippings are a favourite of misinformation merchants because it draws on the bias people have towards believing that if something got published it is more likely to be true (yet there isn't actually any evidence that it even did get published, and obviously not everything that gets published is true anyways).

And really, do you need this clipping to tell you what's happening? My bet is that it is intended for people to share on social media as a "gottcha" when in reality it's impossible to back up with evidence, so it leaves anyone who posts it looking like a fool in the eyes of those they were trying to persuade. Doesn't even matter if it's true or not if you can't back it up with a source.
