I think Nikola Tesla did a lot of work on this. Hence one on the many reasons Edison and Westinghouse cooperatively squashed him and the work done in his lab.

What if certain frequencies separate water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen? I know electrolysis does the same thing but the energy consumption is quite high. Certain frequencies might excite the molecule just enough that it "cracks" into their pure elements. How many other molecules are susceptible to that?

Just like convincing everyone that "fossil" fuels are a limited quantity like gold, they can control the prices and thus the world economy. I'm in the energy business and I've seen several oil exploration articles about reopening old wells that were thought to be dry only to see that they were refilling. Is the magma in the center of Earth constantly percolating crude oil towards the surface? It sure seems that way.
