Edit: I am not making this up. I was at Burger King in Arvada CO and next door there was a Jiffy Lube. There was this ENORMOUS white cloud, looked like an actual fire. Finished meal, shit still going on - they didn't know how to check the oil on an air-cooled 911 and had vastly overfilled it. So they were trying to "just burn it off"*. The owner was about to lose his shit and collapse in a sobbing pile - and I just laughed my ass off.
*A very bad idea, makes things way worse.
