For starters, they canceled HGC (the game's official esports league) in spectacularly poor fashion:

They also put the game into "maintenance mode" well before its time, before delivering on a lot of promises they had made at Blizzcons. When this happens to other games, you can usually forgive the developers - making an online game is very expensive and the margins matter.

But when it's Blizzard? Well, it's clear they'd rather spend untold sums of cash on "LBGTQ initiatives" and on desecrating their own IPs with trash mobile spinoffs, e.g. new Warcraft game:

Again, it's a damn shame because Heroes was the first genuinely good Blizzard title in I don't know how long. One of the best games of all time, if you ask me. I doubt any of the important devs are still at that company.
