Mullins: "They have terabytes and terabytes of footage and data that they have had to comb through with three sets of analysts. And these people are professionals. They're nobody that has gone on the record and said anything. They've been doing this, all of this, you know, experts in the industry, combing through the footage, combing through the data and they're finally getting ready to release it and you're going to see, from what I've been told, footage, doing things like pulling stacks of ballots out of back packs and shoving them into the drop boxes, which is, as you know, in Georgia law, if you are living with someone, like your husband, you can bring his ballot to the drop box for him, but it is very strict, you know, and plainly obvious that you can not go door to door and collect people's ballots and put them in the drop boxes, its illegal. So, by the average, a person, of the two hundred they suspect are trafficking these ballots, went to about 23 different drop boxes. And they also went to some other government locations, right, so they just didn't set up geo-sensors around the drop boxes. They also set up points of interest around things like UPS stores, government agencies and other non-government agencies and they can see that these people were going from this place, to this place, to this place, and then to the drop box, right. So the other thing they can actually figure out is how many people went to a certain drop box, so that in a certain time period you track the cell phone ping, so the chain of custody document shows that within this two day span, since they picked up the ballots, emptied them, and picked them up again, Well, the chain of custody document show that 19,000 ballots were put into this drop box but the cell phone data show that only two hundred people walked up to that drop box. Well, what does the footage show? These are all the questions in the digging they have been, you know piecing together over the last eight months and they are finally getting to a place where they are going to start releasing it."
Fredricks - "And Heather, what is the organization that is doing this?"
Mullins - "They're True The Vote, kinda like the Election Integrity Group that kind of spearhead it but the lead contractor is a group called OPSEC. So, its like, Operations Security Group. Balmakov: "So when you began to dig deeper into these particular organizations and you found essentially org charts and how they go higher and higher, did you at the end of it find that the money, these billions of dollars, are they domestic dollars or are they actually coming from outside of the country and are influencing out domestic elections?"
Phillips: "I don't think we know that yet. I mean we have our suspicions. We are involved in a fairly mature counterintelligence effort that is ongoing right now... some agencies of the United States government and some outsiders and they're looking hard at it. Its hard for them, there's so much politics even ... I'd love to say that there is no politics at the highest levels of the FBI or some of the other agencies that are involved but its just not true. They are as apt to be as big a haters of people like us as anyone else. But you have people who believe in their own work and are trying to stop this stuff before it does ruin the Republic. These guys and ladies are working every single day, many of them have been great to us and have been willing to listen and talk but its frightening to encounter some of the things that we've encountered. I've been in meetings in the middle of the night in hotels because my analysts are afraid to meet me and tell me what they had at the office or at their homes. In fact most of my analysts nobody even knows who they are and I won't tell anybody who they are because I don't want anybody to be cancelled. These people have wives and kids and everything else. Its just nuts. But when you see this stuff in real life and its not like a, you know, some supposed gunfight with the CIA in Frankfurt or satellites in Rome or any of this kind of nonsense, but its real and its in front of your face, you can see it and you can feel it and you recognize that data isn't where it belongs and there are things that we know that are going to stun America that aren't even in this movie. That's when it starts, I think, for us to get sort of real. This is frightening stuff. All my guys carry now, they're afraid of what's going to happen with this movie coming out. I'm afraid for her (indicates Engelbreht). These people are bad. But part of what they don't know is the depth of what we do know. Mullins: "They have terabytes and terabytes of footage and data that they have had to comb through with three sets of analysts. And these people are professionals. They're nobody that has gone on the record and said anything. They've been doing this, all of this, you know, experts in the industry, combing through the footage, combing through the data and they're finally getting ready to release it and you're going to see, from what I've been told, footage, doing things like pulling stacks of ballots out of back packs and shoving them into the drop boxes, which is, as you know, in Georgia law, if you are living with someone, like your husband, you can bring his ballot to the drop box for him, but it is very strict, you know, and plainly obvious that you can not go door to door and collect people's ballots and put them in the drop boxes, its illegal. So, by the average, a person, of the two hundred they suspect are trafficking these ballots, went to about 23 different drop boxes. And they also went to some other government locations, right, so they just didn't set up geo-sensors around the drop boxes. They also set up points of interest around things like UPS stores, government agencies and other non-government agencies and they can see that these people were going from this place, to this place, to this place, and then to the drop box, right. So the other thing they can actually figure out is how many people went to a certain drop box, so that in a certain time period you track the cell phone ping, so the chain of custody document shows that within this two day span, since they picked up the ballots, emptied them, and picked them up again, Well, the chain of custody document show that 19,000 ballots were put into this drop box but the cell phone data show that only two hundred people walked up to that drop box. Well, what does the footage show? These are all the questions in the digging they have been, you know piecing together over the last eight months and they are finally getting to a place where they are going to start releasing it."
Fredricks - "And Heather, what is the organization that is doing this?"
Mullins - "They're True The Vote, kinda like the Election Integrity Group that kind of spearhead it but the lead contractor is a group called OPSEC. So, its like, Operations Security Group. See, they never thought there would be law suits, they never thought we'd find the counterfeit ballots. Phillips: "I don't think we know that yet. I mean we have our suspicions. We are involved in a fairly mature counterintelligence effort that is ongoing right now... some agencies of the United States government and some outsiders and they're looking hard at it. Its hard for them, there's so much politics even ... I'd love to say that there is no politics at the highest levels of the FBI or some of the other agencies that are involved but its just not true. They are as apt to be as big a haters of people like us as anyone else. But you have people who believe in their own work and are trying to stop this stuff before it does ruin the Republic. These guys and ladies are working every single day, many of them have been great to us and have been willing to listen and talk but its frightening to encounter some of the things that we've encountered. I've been in meetings in the middle of the night in hotels because my analysts are afraid to meet me and tell me what they had at the office or at their homes. In fact most of my analysts nobody even knows who they are and I won't tell anybody who they are because I don't want anybody to be cancelled. These people have wives and kids and everything else. Its just nuts. But when you see this stuff in real life and its not like a, you know, some supposed gunfight with the CIA in Frankfurt or satellites in Rome or any of this kind of nonsense, but its real and its in front of your face, you can see it and you can feel it and you recognize that data isn't where it belongs and there are things that we know that are going to stun America that aren't even in this movie. That's when it starts, I think, for us to get sort of real. This is frightening stuff. All my guys carry now, they're afraid of what's going to happen with this movie coming out. Mullins: "They have terabytes and terabytes of footage and data that they have had to comb through with three sets of analysts. And these people are professionals. They're nobody that has gone on the record and said anything. They've been doing this, all of this, you know, experts in the industry, combing through the footage, combing through the data and they're finally getting ready to release it and you're going to see, from what I've been told, footage, doing things like pulling stacks of ballots out of back packs and shoving them into the drop boxes, which is, as you know, in Georgia law, if you are living with someone, like your husband, you can bring his ballot to the drop box for him, but it is very strict, you know, and plainly obvious that you can not go door to door and collect people's ballots and put them in the drop boxes, its illegal. So, by the average, a person, of the two hundred they suspect are trafficking these ballots, went to about 23 different drop boxes. And they also went to some other government locations, right, so they just didn't set up geo-sensors around the drop boxes. They also set up points of interest around things like UPS stores, government agencies and other non-government agencies and they can see that these people were going from this place, to this place, to this place, and then to the drop box, right. So the other thing they can actually figure out is how many people went to a certain drop box, so that in a certain time period you track the cell phone ping, so the chain of custody document shows that within this two day span, since they picked up the ballots, emptied them, and picked them up again, Well, the chain of custody document show that 19,000 ballots were put into this drop box but the cell phone data show that only two hundred people walked up to that drop box. Well, what does the footage show? These are all the questions in the digging they have been, you know piecing together over the last eight months and they are finally getting to a place where they are going to start releasing it."

Balmakov: "So when you began to dig deeper into these particular organizations and you found essentially org charts and how they go higher and higher, did you at the end of it find that the money, these billions of dollars, are they domestic dollars or are they actually coming from outside of the country and are influencing out domestic elections?"
Phillips: "I don't think we know that yet. I mean we have our suspicions. We are involved in a fairly mature counterintelligence effort that is ongoing right now... some agencies of the United States government and some outsiders and they're looking hard at it. Its hard for them, there's so much politics even ... I'd love to say that there is no politics at the highest levels of the FBI or some of the other agencies that are involved but its just not true. They are as apt to be as big a haters of people like us as anyone else. But you have people who believe in their own work and are trying to stop this stuff before it does ruin the Republic. These guys and ladies are working every single day, many of them have been great to us and have been willing to listen and talk but its frightening to encounter some of the things that we've encountered. I've been in meetings in the middle of the night in hotels because my analysts are afraid to meet me and tell me what they had at the office or at their homes. In fact most of my analysts nobody even knows who they are and I won't tell anybody who they are because I don't want anybody to be cancelled. These people have wives and kids and everything else. Its just nuts. We are involved in a fairly mature counterintelligence effort that is ongoing right now... some agencies of the United States government and some outsiders and they're looking hard at it. Its hard for them, there's so much politics even ... I'd love to say that there is no politics at the highest levels of the FBI or some of the other agencies that are involved but its just not true. They are as apt to be as big a haters of people like us as anyone else. But you have people who believe in their own work and are trying to stop this stuff before it does ruin the Republic. These guys and ladies are working every single day, many of them have been great to us and have been willing to listen and talk but its frightening to encounter some of the things that we've encountered. I've been in meetings in the middle of the night in hotels because my analysts are afraid to meet me and tell me what they had at the office or at their homes. In fact most of my analysts nobody even knows who they are and I won't tell anybody who they are because I don't want anybody to be cancelled. These people have wives and kids and everything else. Its just nuts. But when you see this stuff in real life and its not like a, you know, some supposed gunfight with the CIA in Frankfurt or satellites in Rome or any of this kind of nonsense, but its real and its in front of your face, you can see it and you can feel it and you recognize that data isn't where it belongs and there are things that we know that are going to stun America that aren't even in this movie. That's when it starts, I think, for us to get sort of real. This is frightening stuff. All my guys carry now, they're afraid of what's going to happen with this movie coming out. They've been doing this, all of this, you know, experts in the industry, combing through the footage, combing through the data and they're finally getting ready to release it and you're going to see, from what I've been told, footage, doing things like pulling stacks of ballots out of back packs and shoving them into the drop boxes, which is, as you know, in Georgia law, if you are living with someone, like your husband, you can bring his ballot to the drop box for him, but it is very strict, you know, and plainly obvious that you can not go door to door and collect people's ballots and put them in the drop boxes, its illegal. So, by the average, a person, of the two hundred they suspect are trafficking these ballots, went to about 23 different drop boxes. They also set up points of interest around things like UPS stores, government agencies and other non-government agencies and they can see that these people were going from this place, to this place, to this place, and then to the drop box, right. So the other thing they can actually figure out is how many people went to a certain drop box, so that in a certain time period you track the cell phone ping, so the chain of custody document shows that within this two day span, since they picked up the ballots, emptied them, and picked them up again, Well, the chain of custody document show that 19,000 ballots were put into this drop box but the cell phone data show that only two hundred people walked up to that drop box. [What stood out in this interview was that Mullins, in her description of OP SEC activities in regard to the November 2020 election monitoring, states that sensors were used that connected directly to satellites and OPSEC was conducting real time monitoring of the mule activity. This is not a detail that has been mentioned in any of Engelbrecht's or Phillips interviews or in the 2000 Mules documentary. If true, it gives credence to the theory that OPSEC is fronting for MI sigint operations.
