Pleading with (or offering evidence to) the FDA is a completely useless endeavor. They cannot be 'persuaded', they are on the opposing team.

The only effective thing to do is to plead with (or offer evidence to) individual parents of 6-mo to 5-yr-old children. "Your kids face virtually no risk from Covid, but they face serious risks from the injection. Please consider all risks to your children as you make your decision as their protector."

If you are going to expend energy, put the effort where it may do some good. Or, if you feel the need to 'petition an agency that obviously wants to kill you', at least do both.
