HAARP has been turned on again and recently received a grant of almost 10m. An official said (paraphrasing) to expect to see more aurora borealis activity, and that is what people are seeing in the skies no where close to the arctic. HAARP is the largest ( I believe) ionospheric heater) but there are other across the world. Arecibo(Puerto Rico). Metal in the body is affected by the ELF and VLF waves of HAARP. I believe they are using the unused Norad buildings, and probably others, and modular HAARP relays, even offshore.
