This is absolutely not supported by the biblical text. In fact God created predator - prey relationships in the very beginning as part of the GOODNESS of creation.

Psalm 104:20-28

"You appoint darkness and it becomes night, in which all the beasts of the forest prowl about. The young lions roar after their prey and seek their food from God. When the sun rises they withdraw and lie down in their dens. Man goes forth to his work and to his labor until evening. O LORD, how many are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all; the earth is full of Your possessions … They all wait for You to give them their food in due season. You give to them, they gather it up; You open Your hand, they are satisfied with good."

Also you need to check your theological hubris on debatable matters. "you can argue with God about this" LOL, well that makes for open discussion doesn't it?

Your problem is that you assume because the Genesis 2-3 text narrows in on consuming the trees of the garden, that therefore that's all that was given to be eaten. Logical fallacy. Clearly the reaon for the focus on vegation is because that is where the specific prohibition was categorized: do not eat of a tree rather than say a species of animal.

Also Adam was given dominion to name the animals under his authority, both livestock and wild animals. As if mankind who by design is an omnivore, with a big brain requiring the nutritional contents of muscle meats, organ meats, fats, etc was intended to only stare at the beauty and song of those fatty meat beasts walking around on all fours. Right.
