This looks legit, but I am still going through it. Note that the equations call for a massive amount of energy, so one could theoretically create an "energy signature", and then look worldwide at energy consumption data to determine:
- Whether or not anyone appears to have a working device (assuming they are not able to completely cloak the energy consumption)
- Exact locations of massive power draw (I would look near Cheyenne Mountain or other military bases to start and map all of their energy consumption over the last 50 years)
- A particle collider could also be cover for something like this, so mapping all those would also probably identify some interesting "energy signatures"
