Had Trump left out the "and", I would then have joked about there being 17 words—as if Trump really sits there and counts the words in every post yet still puts up 99% of them without any Q reference at all, no timestamp or date alignment or 17 uppercase letters or 17 words or letter Q in Morse code, etc.
