Reasoning: Preserve death penalty for the worst of the worst heinous crimes

Selling drugs, especially addictive ones, is bad. Using logic stripped of emotion, however, selling products to adults who want them and freely (even if stupidly) choose to put them in their own bodies IMHO doesn't rise to the level of badness of raping children, selling them, torturing and killing them, etc.

If you don't have the right to decide what goes in your own body, then you wouldn't be able to stand firm and reject the fake vaccine and remain a freeblood.

But you DO have the God-given natural human right to reject the vaccine and remain a freeblood. So you therefore also have the God-given natural human right to choose to put other chemicals into your body. That is a vice, not a crime committed against another person.

If someone wants to kill their body, with drugs or some other way, they are at liberty (i.e., personal freedom) to do so. They should be talked out of it, but it's a vice, not a crime. They are causing HARM (different from sadness or upset) to no one but themselves.

To the religious, suicide is also a sin. The reckoning for the sin aspect of the act is between the person and their God.

In either case, religious or not, government is excluded from the discussion. To a free American national, or a person thinking like one, the individual is the sole sovereign owner of their physical body. So, no government has any legitimate right to force a human to put substances into or prevent substances from going into their own body.

No government has any legitimate right to curb vices, only crime. This isn't China. We don't do social credit scores here.

Freedom has to work both ways.
