Q- is there a way for video editing software to turn plad skirts into black skirts? A-yes.

Q- can books and movies be edited differently for foreign audiences? E.i. book/movie titles, alternatively spelled names etc...? A- yes.

Q- can a news outlet from one country report on a set of "facts" that differs from another country's news outlet's set of "facts"? A- yes
