Well I did this to myself.
I got tired of taking the cocktail of supplements. Even stopped putting them out for the hubby. It wasn’t so much as tired of taking them. I’m sick of spending money on them. They ain’t cheap. I got sick on 7/4 for about a week. It came quickly and one night about midnight I was 100% myself. I’ve been around multiple people with Covid and haven’t got it.
We aren’t invincible! Some have been out at hubby’s work. He hadn’t been around them & they didn’t take him out. (I’m fine🙄) Wednesday he started with sore throat. Blaming it on cutting grass. He always is messed up after cutting grass. Thursday night he’s got fever, chills & cough. By then I’m taking supplements, herbal tea, herbal medicine, (vinegar honey & ginger mix), elderberry & lots of antivirus herbal tinctures. In the past I’ve knocked out sickness in less than two days. Last night he’s feeling fine, slight cough at night. Totally different symptoms hit me at 4AM. Worse soar throat from post nasal drip. I’ve never had sore throats much. As a child all kids in my family got strep. Never had it 🤞🏼 A family member had a rapid test from the clinic they work at. He doesn’t have a choice on testing. If he goes in with symptoms they will send him home & mandatory test. Hubby’s positive. Honestly I don’t know if I’ll test, fought it this long. Treated my symptoms.
What pisses me off is even if you don’t test & get vax you are going to be dependent on antivirals forever.
FYI: Turmeric tea is disgusting! But necessary. If you got this far thanks for listening. Just had to vent.
