Happy to share, queen was one of those strange bands that will endure the test of time, Mercury was a creative freak, it's hard sometimes to acknowledge his musical genius while still struggling with his public glorification of the alternative life style. I personally don't care, and think it all belongs behind closed doors, what consenting adults choose to do is none of my business, but it is also my right and privilege not to know.
Most of my life I've embraced a "live and let live" ideology, in retrospect seeing where that has led us by a few offensive freaks, it makes me revisit my choices with regret.
It's a shame his musical legacy is overshadowed by life style choices that ultimately killed him.
