Being that I live in the armpit of a deep blue shithole state, I wold probably assume they are baiting me so I'd play dumb and ask what they are talking about so I can gauge their sincerity and take it from there. Plus, they can do an internet search as well as the next guy so let them figure it out on their own and find a place like this to ask things they're not clear on.
