This is the way we get rid of or change bad rules, by having someone challenge them in court. In the article it does mention that Amos was selling private memberships to his farm, so he was not selling to the public. Private sales have way fewer rules to them than selling to the public.

Furthermore this case begs the question on whether or not Americans have the right to choose what and how we consume food. Based on how the USDA is going after this man and how many federal restrictions there on things such as raw milk, I'd say no, the government doesnt view that as a right. Thankfully our rights arent given to us by the government.

Definitely looking forward to a time when more people realize the alphabet mafias of any flavor are anti-freedom. And many of them are unconstitutional.
