I have a card which I flashed when I said I had a medical condition which prevented me wearing a mask so anything like that helps. Crowded conditions mean they don't have much time to enforce. You could print and laminate this sticker and have note from naturopath on the other side or just with it (or naturopath's name in box below image). I didn't have doctor's note with me just this card.
