Yes! I was re-truthing 9/11 posts early this morning.

My husband and I worked at the same company but were in separate buildings and a co-worker ran into his office and told him that a plane had just hit one of the towers. They went into a big conference area in their office and turned on the TV just in time to see the second plane hit!

He called me and we were still talking on the phone when the "plane" hit the Pentagon, I said "we're at war!" It was only the second time in my life that I felt fear for our country. The first time was when I was just a child they murdered JFK.

Later a classmate of mine who worked as an attorney in nyc sent out a email telling his own harrowing tale running from his office building near WTC to his apartment to get his wife, children and German Shepard and get the heck out of dodge! Heartbreaking! 💔
