The way I understand it, the people on the inside did not even know the depths of the cabals control until rather recently. Only with the advancement of technology and the globalization of our world through the internet and similar tech did it become clear to those on the inside what was really going on. It was only at this point that those on the inside had all the puzzle pieces and could truly see the 40,000 foot view landscape of the cabal. I’m not sure if this happened in the 80’s, 90’s, or 2000’s or after 9/11.
Regardless, at some point the good guys in military intelligence were able to see EVERYTHING that was going on and had gone on, and it was only at this point that things were truly set in motion to use military to take out the corruption. Likely because it was at this point that the military had definitive proof of crimes against humanity/treason/sedition/etc and were legally within their rights and obligations to start taking action on domestic grounds even against our own government. And so that is how we have gotten to where we are: two great powers, one a global corrupt elite spread out across the world with economic, political, and social control over much of the world vs. the good guys, the righteous military complex, who must remain within legal means to remove the threat slowly and carefully to avoid casualties and global destructive events.
Now, we know past presidents have taken issue with some of the cabal tools, e.g. military industrial complex and the CIA, but these are only small parts of the true extent of the cabal. So the cabal was known to some extent, but it was probably only the tip of the iceberg until recently.
