I hope we have a means of finding out who did this and convict them to the full extent of the law. I agree that the various factions of U.S. government are most likely responsible and hopefully will have implicated themselves. This is yet another attempt to insight WWIII, because of their failure to keep control in the Ukraine and their overwhelming hatred of Russia. So Target Russia in retaliation for Ukraine, for support of Trump, etc.
