IMO Mike Lindell did not confirm that the Military States Secret Protective Order (gag order) on Dennis Montgomery was lifted. Below is a full transcript of the 10/08/22 interview of Lindell by Steve Bannon on the Warroom broadcast.

In short, Lindell spins what has transpired in the Nevada court so much, we can rephrase Churchill's "a riddle wrapped in an enigma" line to Mike Lindell's version, "a misdirection wrapped in an infomercial."

Don't get me wrong, the USG/DOJ memorandum filed with the Nevada court is important - just not the way Lindell presents it.

Further, his misdirection is a calculated and a highly tuned chess move in the LAWFARE battle over the Dennis Montgomery data, which had started well before the 2020 election. See my other comment this thread and recent comment history for more detail.

Bannon - OK. We are going to go back to El Paso and with Ben Berquam, we got a special guest down there in just a moment. Mile Lindell has a lot of breaking news. Lindell - Here's what happened. So, Dennis applied that last year, this was before the Symposium, to release this order, this... we're going to call it a gag order on this information. Remember, he has like taken a movie of the 2020 election from the 3rd to the 6th [of November]. So, during this last year what I announced at the Moment of Truth Summit about, everybody, we had an hour with the lawyers on stage [there was only one lawyer, Kurt Olsen, on the stage with Lindell and Jeff O'donnell (cyber security expert)] talking about Dennis Montgomery - see link below for this segment of The Moment Of Truth Summit) getting all of his credibility up there. Yes, he is credible, he's one of the smartest if not the smartest person I've ever met in my life. I had all these Cyber guys validate his... all the stuff he has. And I am, now, one of the owners, if not the majority owner which I am. And so we took this on stage, his technology, we took this on stage and we filed the... to ask the government, to lift that order, because that is my evidence to not just these lawsuits, but for the country. And just yesterday, the government came back and they said, "You know what? Mike, you can use that. We're going to lift that. But just for the 2020 election. All the other stuff that..."

Bannon - This is not the judge. You're saying the DoJ?

Lindell - This is actually the DoJ said this. It was a miracle. I'm going, "Are you kidding?"

Bannon - That implies that they think that you don't have anything and that is why they're giving you this information?
