I don't think the entire wisdom/science of modern medicine is bad. Only that our system has become corrupted. Here's a few easy tips:

-- Prefer doctors in private practice, so they are not drones controlled by some large institutional employer.

-- Don't take any vaccines at all.

-- Eat healthy. Avoid seed oils, soy, flour, and corn syrup. Eat low carb, low sugar, plenty of meats and vegetables plus some fruit. Prefer organic ingredients and avoid processed foods. Be wary of restaurants since they use the cheapest (most dangerous) ingredients.

-- A few basics: Daily Vitamin C, 10,000 IU of D3 (with K2), zinc (with copper), iodine, magnesium, quercetin, turmeric, E with tocotrienols, and folate.

-- Don't use medicines that are still under patent. Because there is moral hazard and kickbacks in the system to push patented drugs since those are profitable. (Remdesivir, etc). Instead, only take medicines which are OUT of patent. Such as ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and a whole host of time-tested drugs which are not profitable to Big Pharma, but which have been proven to work.

-- Be open to research on new applications for old drugs. For example, fenbendazole as a miracle cancer cure. There are studies proving this drug, it's just hidden by the drug companies since it's out of patent.

-- Always prefer natural molecules (which appear in nature and cannot be patented) over similar but slightly changed unnatural molecules (which can be patented).

All of the cures are already known, we just have a system incentivized to keep us from using those cures. By avoiding all patented drugs, you avoid this moral hazard.
