Warren Trepp had no association with BLXWARE except to be countersued by Edra Blixseth and OpSpring LLC, purchasing (reportedly for $25 million) an interest in the Hammer / Scorecard software/source code Trepp was trying to acquire through court action. Once Edra entered the picture, registering BLXWARE in Bellevue, WA, in less than a month Trepp and Montgomery settled all issues (Trepp was outmaneuvered and cut his losses).
