Here is a comment that developed over time starting on 06 September 2022 when a video released by GAZPROM, a Russian energy firm.
It is strikingly similar to the Space Force video in post.
It is based on a poem, which became a very popular song over time. The video carries the same thinly veiled threat of danger as in the Space Force video.
To me they are both sending this message, "Don't even think about it!"
In the Russian video - the message is to Western Europe, NATO (really to Germany who runs the EU) - this is not 22 June, 1941.

In the American Space Force video, the message is to the people who came into power, and have remained in power after they assassinated President John F Kennedy on 22 November 1963.
