Well I’d love to see a California crisis worker agree with a 5150 like that holding water. Under that description it would not at all. I wrote and evaluated police holds for 20 years, and wrote county policy regarding 5150 evaluations. Any decent crisis worker would see that as abuse of power, and rescind or void the hold.
