Well, they're killing people right now, Covid jabs, mortality/morbidity from the jab, food shortages, gas prices, energy shortages, 5G microwaves, chemtrails, transhumanism (jabs alter human DNA), arson set California wildfires, Satanic abuse/murder/consumption of children. So not seeing much winning.

In San Francisco:

• Legal to poop/urinate in the street.
• Ban plastic straws while handing out free plastic syringes.
• Homelessness
• Aggressive panhandling.
• Violent crime
• Shoplifting- police won't come or respond if shoplifting is < $950.00
• Arson set wildfires
• Energy cut off to "prevent wildfires"
• Deliberate drought
• Covid BS very strong in the city
• Deliberate blockage of roads (Have to check the computer to see which st open) Making 2 lanes heading in one direction, one lane for bicycles in congested SF permanently

While these "inconveniences" may not kill you directly, the effect is cumulative. If you have enough of them, they will result in accidents and deaths.
