As is stands, America needs to be built back up from the ground up. You can shuffle your politicians with a vote, but you can't change culture.

America as our Founders intended is dead. Hell, even America from the Reagan years is so far removed from the America of today, that you can't even call them the same thing.This is not America at ALL. So, the best thing to do is to start over anyway, without the boat anchors.

If there could possibly be a revival, no politician will be the reason for it, neither will our opponents. It will be us, and the field needs to be cleared of all potential sabotage and other debris.

Or, we could just staple and band-aid up this turd and call it good. How much can a jerry-rigged, patched-up turd really ever be worth? Would you display it on your mantle?
