I read this differently

If soros takes orders from "P"

And P is the chair (P=C) And the chair serves the real master.

It seems to me whoever P is is 2nd to the top of the pyramid but not the master. That still doesn't answer who P is; and if you can figure that out - than you'd still need to figure who is the true master. Without even a hint of the 1st letter. Convoluted. Whatever the surname is of the true master - i call him satan.
