Serious question. When people talk about the Cabal and the Elites, are those just different words for Jews?

I was never on any of the other Q boards, and only came into it during 1/6. And while every once in awhile, some person who obviously hates Jews will pipe up and say something horrible, it's usually mild here.

But for the most part, it seems like people are making efforts to not even say the word "Jew" with that whole (( )) thing.

So, honest answer, please. Are elites and the cabal mainly comprised of Jews, or are there other ethnicities that make up much of it?

And please, don't just start calling me a shill or whatever because I asked.

Because someone I really trust and respect told me that "cabal" and "elites" and "DS" are just dogwhistle terms for Jews, and I told them I really hoped/thought they were wrong. So am I just really slow on the uptake or was my friend wrong?
