It talks about what appears to be an elite/freemason meeting from 2005 in London which his informant had attended coincidentally and learned they had been planning for a global pandemic which would start in China, which they referred to as "the China flu" would quickly spread around the world and governments would use this to inact totalitarian measures for a one world government.
It also included Israel- Iran conflict and nuclear war as part of the elites plan. It sounds like this plan was supposed to be implemented around 2008ish but was off track. He stresses multiple times that they were in a "rush" to implement these measures. Mentions them being in a rush, almost like they'll miss a window of opportunity or losing their chance. Goes on to talk about how our greater consciousness -- being our greatest power -- will be triggered by the senseless violence they start, and be our biggest power against the elite.
