Would you want to live in a home above tunnels where our politicians were doing unspeakable things to children? Living in D.C. is like living in a prison surrounded by venomous vipers waiting to strike and take you out. The D.C. area is not part of the U.S.A., rather it is a foreign country. The White House should be bulldozed, as should all the monuments. The problem is Arlington Cemetery where all of our heroes rest. Otherwise I would say make D.C. a center for housing the homeless, the mentally handicapped. Relocate all who own homes there. Bulldoze all but Arlington and repurpose D.C. Get rid of the businesses, government offices, etc.
