As much as I know most of this stuff was happening, to see all of this put into a manual was totally mind-blowing. The story goes that this "manual" for programming the American public was written in 1979, but the Silent Weapon and Quiet War was declared in 1954 (the first Bilderberg meeting). They essentially decided that with the dawn of computing power, humanity would soon gain the power to create a public utopia, and they would lose their grip on power forever; so they seized it first to create a private utopia. They needed to dumb down and enslave Humanity forever, so that even if you figured out the Quiet Weapon they've deployed against us, it was so subtle, that you wouldn't even have the education to detect it, let alone tell your fellow Americans about it.
The manual was found by mistake in an IBM copier bought for parts at an auction, by a Boeing executive in 1986.
