You bring up some very good points for those willing to have an honest discussion about Tulsi versus those purists operating from the visceral paradigm of unchanging clear delineations between this and that. The so called right has its own form of cancel culture that is unforgiving and unyielding. This is not to say that people should be accepted at face value without vetting or proper time to demonstrate a turn in belief. But the idea that someone can never be accepted after having a change of heart and mind goes against everything that we claim to stand for.

Tulsi the politician I think is in the rear view mirror - at least for the near future. She is too toxic for either side of the isle to rally enough support behind her to hold office. But, she does provide a voice for those disenfranchised Dems that cannot stomach the idea of going full tilt Republican. Tulsi can be used as a bridge to reach out to those homeless Dems and Independents. The question you ask about where and how is the best place to make use of Tulsi is a pragmatic one that deserves consideration. I for one, am willing to have that discussion because I do think there is a place for her. Thank you for asking the question and speaking your mind.
