I don't understand the delay in the Brazilian military triggering article 142 and declaring martial law.
My hope is that it is coordination with similar events that will occur here in the US due to SC case 22-380.
I know... hopium is a terrible drug... but I just don't care anymore. If hopium is wrong, I don't want to be right.
