Basically, Neuralink is the equivalent of levelling the playing field between moral humans and amoral AI by drastically increasing our output bandwidth.

Humans have huge processing power and huge input bandwidth (visual) but pitifully slow output bandwidth. Musk and I briefly talked through an analogy with competitive Starcraft play; actions-per-minute wins games. Increase our APM by a factor of 1000 and we can outmaneuver AIs.
